The service
QuoteCheck is a decision-support tool that calculates project costs, margins and modeled pricing risk from the information you enter.
No professional advice
Results are estimates based on user-supplied assumptions. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they do not guarantee the outcome of any project. You are responsible for your pricing decisions and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and let us know about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Plans include a monthly allowance of new quote analyses, which resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
- You can cancel at any time from Settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with advance notice; changes apply from the next billing period.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, for example by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using it unlawfully.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from pricing decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
